I Survived the horrific Storms You Never Knew about.

If you have been through a place that nearly broke you,
know this first,
you are not weak.
You survived something heavy,
something quiet,
something hard to explain.

Please don’t carry it alone forever.
Even if words fail you,
try to let someone know you are struggling.
You don’t need the right language,
you just need honesty.
A simple “I am not okay”
is enough.

Be patient with yourself.
Healing is not fast,
and it is not neat.
Some days you will feel strong,
other days you will feel like you are going backward.
Both days still count.

Do not shame yourself
for needing rest,
for needing space,
for needing help.
You are human before you are strong.

Protect your heart,
but don’t close it completely.
There are people who may not understand you,
but there are also people
who will listen without fixing you,
who will sit with you without judgment.

And most importantly,
stay.
Even when the pain feels endless.
Even when hope feels far.
This season will not have the final word.
One day, your survival
will become someone else’s reminder
that it is possible to make it through.

You are still here for a reason.
And that reason
is still unfolding.

And if you are still in that dark place,
still fighting thoughts you don’t know how to silence,
please remember,
this moment is heavy,
but it is not permanent.
Pain lies to you when you are tired.
It tells you this is the end,
when it is only a chapter
you are still walking through.

Take life one breath at a time.
You don’t have to be strong every day.
Some days, surviving is enough.
Celebrate the small wins,
getting out of bed,
taking a shower,
choosing to stay.
Those quiet choices matter more
than the world will ever applaud.
