{"id":2687,"date":"2024-09-18T15:35:15","date_gmt":"2024-09-18T15:35:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/walkingshadowpoetry.com\/blog\/?p=2687"},"modified":"2024-09-18T15:35:18","modified_gmt":"2024-09-18T15:35:18","slug":"trying-to-get-by-walking-shadow-poetry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/walkingshadowpoetry.com\/blog\/trying-to-get-by-walking-shadow-poetry\/","title":{"rendered":"Trying to Get By walking shadow poetry"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Every morning, I wake up and try,<br>To make my money last and get by,<br>But no matter how hard I work,<br>It feels like I\u2019m stuck in a tough spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bills keep piling up so high,<br>I work more hours, but it\u2019s never enough,<br>The paycheck is too small,<br>And the debts just keep growing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve cut back on everything,<br>No more extras or little treats,<br>But still, the numbers never add up,<br>I\u2019m always worried, every night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I look for more work to do,<br>Anything that might help me out,<br>But every job I find seems taken,<br>And I\u2019m left where I started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It feels like I\u2019m running in place,<br>Trying hard but not moving forward,<br>I\u2019m chasing after something better,<br>But it\u2019s always just out of reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I see others who seem to have it easy,<br>And wonder how they do it,<br>While I\u2019m struggling just to get by,<br>Holding onto a little bit of hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes I feel so tired,<br>Like I\u2019m never going to get ahead,<br>And I wonder if things will ever change,<br>If this hard time will ever end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dream of a break, a chance to breathe,<br>To finally get some peace,<br>But for now, I\u2019m just hanging on,<br>Trying to stay strong and keep going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So I keep pushing through each day,<br>Even when it feels hard and unfair,<br>I know it\u2019s tough, and I feel worn out,<br>But I\u2019m still here, still trying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m struggling now, but I\u2019m holding on,<br>Believing that one day things will get better,<br>And this tough time will eventually change,<br>And I\u2019ll find a way to get through.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every morning, I wake up and try,To make my money last and get by,But no matter how hard I work,It feels like I\u2019m stuck in a tough spot.
