I\u2019m here.\u201d<br>Let your presence become a hand<br>that steadies their shaking soul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When their words tumble out,<br>messy and confused,<br>don\u2019t analyze them.<br>Just listen.<br>Because healing doesn\u2019t start<br>with perfect answers,<br>it starts with understanding hearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take them away from the noise.<br>Turn off the world for a moment.<br>Let them breathe.<br>Let them cry.<br>Let them feel without fear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And if the pain feels bigger than both of you,<br>call for help.<br>Not because you\u2019ve failed,<br>but because saving someone<br>is never a one-person job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the storm,<br>make them tea.<br>Sit with them.<br>Don\u2019t preach.<br>Just <em>be<\/em>.<br>Sometimes, presence heals more than prayer.<br>But if you must pray,<br>pray with compassion,<br>not correction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tell them:<br>\u201cYou\u2019re not broken,<br>you\u2019re human.\u201d<br>\u201cGod still has a plan,<br>even for shattered glass.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And when they finally sleep,<br>breathe.<br>Because holding someone who\u2019s breaking<br>is holy work.<br>It\u2019s love in its rawest form.<br>And love,<br>is what brings people back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you read this whole piece, just remember this,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are so many people who are willing to help,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>it&#8217;s just a matter of reaching out and asking for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You need to speak up before it consumes you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis piece is for every soul who has held another through the dark.<br>May we never forget, empathy saves lives.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes, healing doesn\u2019t come from answers; it comes from presence.
