I know it hurts, more than words can say,
The trust you gave, now thrown away.
You opened your heart, let someone in,
Only to find betrayal beneath the skin.

It’s okay to feel broken, to cry the tears,
To question everything after all these years.
But know this: the betrayal isn’t your shame,
It’s a reflection of them, not your name.

Don’t rush to heal, take your time,
Mend the pieces, one step, one climb.
You don’t have to trust again so soon,
It’s okay to sit quietly with the moon.

But remember, not everyone will be the same,
There are hearts out there that honor your name.
Though you feel guarded and unsure right now,
You’ll learn to trust again, somehow.

Let the pain teach you, but don’t let it win,
Don’t let their betrayal close you in.
You’re stronger than this, though it feels so raw,
There’s a brighter day ahead, waiting in awe.

Surround yourself with those who care,
The ones who prove they’ll always be there.
You deserve love, trust, and respect,
Never settle for less than you expect.
