In a world of whispers, yet untold,
My lips are sealed, the stories hold.
Deep in my heart, a hidden bruise,
Childhood echoes, a silent ruse.
The playground laughs and childhood fun,
But shadows lingered when day was done.
In innocence lost, a heart confined,
Unspoken fears within my mind.
Words unspoken, wounds concealed,
My lips are sealed, not to yield.
A past that haunt, a heavy load,
In silence, the pain corrodes.
Each laugh, each smile, a fragile veil,
Hiding the past, an untold tale.
In tender years, a heart was scarred,
Buried memories, heavy guard.
Yet in this silence, there’s a chance,
To heal the wounds, learn to dance.
With gentle steps and words that heal,
Break the silence, true hearts reveal.
In time, the whispers find a voice,
My sealed lips now make a choice.
To seek the solace, break the chain,
And let the past no longer reign.
For healing starts when truth’s revealed,
No longer trapped, no longer sealed.
Through love and care, the heart finds ease,
Childhood traumas, put to peace.
