Dwelling in Possibilities

Regret can hold you back,
Stuck in the past, lost in the “what-ifs.”
It’s heavy, it hurts,
And it keeps you from moving forward.

But what if we choose to see things differently?
What if we focus on what could be,
Instead of what went wrong?

Possibilities are like open doors,
Inviting us to try again,
To dream again,
To believe that better days are ahead.

Regret looks back,
But possibilities look forward.
They remind us that tomorrow can be different,
That our choices can lead to something great.

So I choose to dwell in hope,
To imagine what’s possible,
To take small steps toward something new.
Because living in the past
Only takes away from the future I can build.

I’ll leave regret behind,
And move forward with hope in my heart.
Because possibilities are endless,
And the future is waiting.
