End Corruption by walking shadow poetry.

I stand here with a heart so heavy,
Dreams crushed, roads so unsteady.
Not by storms or nature’s might,
But hands that steal in the dead of night.

I’ve seen the sick, their eyes pleading,
Hospital beds with no one heeding.
Money meant for their pain and care,
Gone to line pockets without a share.

I’ve walked roads riddled with cracks,
Promised bridges, now just tracks.
Schools with walls crumbling down,
Children learning on bare ground.

Why do we trade truth for lies?
Justice buried, hope slowly dies.
A little “chai” to make things smooth,
But it poisons the soul, distorts the truth.

It’s not just leaders; it’s you and me,
Turning blind eyes, refusing to see.
The small bribes, the secret deals,
Every act that ignores what’s real.

Let’s stop pointing fingers, take a stand,
Clean this nation with our hands.
Speak with courage, refuse the bait,
It’s never too late to recreate.

For the child who dreams of brighter days,
For the farmer seeking honest ways,
For the worker whose sweat is pure,
Together, let’s build a future secure.

Corruption ends when we begin,
To live with honor, to shun the sin.
A better tomorrow is within reach,
If we practice the values we preach.
