POWER OF WORDS.

In times of sadness, when we feel so low,

I share with you a spoken word to help us grow.

When grief overwhelms, weighing on our chest,

Let these words provide comfort, a gentle rest.

Grief, an unwelcome visitor, knocks at our door,

A storm that shakes us, hurting to our core.

We stumble in the darkness, lost and confused,

Wondering why this pain has been infused.

Losing a loved one leaves a deep void,

A wound that seems impossible to avoid.

Tears flow freely, emotions run high,

As we question and wonder, asking “Why?”

But in the midst of darkness, a glimmer of light,

A path to healing, slowly coming into sight.

Grief, though painful, shows us how we cared,

A reminder of the love we once shared.

So let’s embrace our pain, acknowledge our sorrow,

Knowing healing takes time, it won’t come by tomorrow.

In the silence of grief, let our voices be heard,

Expressing our emotions, sharing every word.

Gather the pieces of cherished memories past,

Weaving them together, creating memories to last.

Sharing the stories of those we hold dear,

Their spirit lives on, even when they’re not here.

Grief, a journey different for everyone’s heart,

A process we can’t rush or quickly restart.

But as we navigate this painful terrain,

We find strength within us, to heal and regain.

So let’s support one another, hand in hand,

Finding solace together, a compassionate band.

Creating a sanctuary where love can be found,

Supporting each other, in grief’s healing ground.

May we find comfort in our shared community,

Shouldering each other’s burdens with unity.

As we emerge from grief’s darkest night,

We’ll find resilience, bathed in newfound light.

So let these words be a soothing balm for your soul,

Reminding you that healing will make you whole.

In the face of grief, we’ll rise and transcend,

For love extends even through loss, my friend.

For in times of sadness, when our hearts ache,

Let these simple words guide us and awake.

Through healing, acceptance, and finding relief,

We navigate our grief, finding solace and belief.
