Wait One More Second by walking shadow poetry.

Hey, you,
You are an amazing human; not born by accident.
I know it feels like the world is closing in,
Like the weight on your chest
Keeps getting heavier,
Like your voice doesn’t matter,
It’s Like no one sees you,

But listen,
You don’t have to carry this alone.
You don’t have to end your story here.
Pain has a way of lying,
Of whispering that it’ll never get better,
That no one cares.
But I promise you,
That voice is wrong.

Wait one more second.
One more moment.
Let the tears fall,
But don’t let them drown you.
Cry if you need to,
Scream if it helps,
But don’t let the silence win.

You’re not alone.
Even when it feels like no one’s watching,
There’s someone who cares,
Someone who notices.
And if no one’s called today,
If no one’s texted,
Let this be your sign
I see you getting stronger.

Life is messy,
It’s unfair,
And yes, it hurts so much.
But its important for healing,
And that’s a pain worth fighting for.

One more second,
That’s all it takes to get back
For the sun to rise again,
For the storm to ease again,
For someone to say the words you’ve been longing to hear again.

Please Hold on.
Your story isn’t over.
And the world is a better place
With you in it, you are never a mistake.
